In case of refusal:
The resolution of visa refusal/annulment/revocation puts an end to the administrative channel. The interested party may lodge a contentious- administrative appeal at the High Court of Justice of Madrid (Spain) within a two-month deadline counted from the serving of notice hereof.
Alternatively, pursuant to Article 123 of Act 39/2015, of 1 october, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, the interested party may lodge an optional reconsideration appeal against this resolution within a one-month deadline counted from the serving of notice hereof.:
The appeal must be submitted in printed form in Russian, English or Spanish language and must be signed by the applicant in person or by duly authorized representative.
Appeals can be submitted at the Visa Application Centres from 9.00 to 15.00 every working day.
Please note:
A visa is no guarantee for access into the Schengen States.
The final authorization remains within the competence of the Immigration Officer at the border. In addition to a valid passport with a visa (except for exempted nationals), every foreigner, when entering Spain, should be in a position to produce to the Immigration Officer the following documents:
